I would like to express my appreciation for the high-level of customer support provided to me. I have a 4-year old CV15S motor on my riding mower and recently began having problems with it (excessive oil burning). I e-mailed for support and your service representative, took over. First, he asked numerous questions to best diagnose my problem. I explained my technical ability and my apprehension to turn the repair over to a third party. He identified the problem quickly and efficiently, offered a detailed explanation of the failure, provided a comprehensive view of the steps necessary to resolve the problem, and even sent out the necessary parts and instructions so I could complete the repairs.

That kind of customer support is nearly impossible to find in this day and age. Your service and support has reaffirmed my belief in your product and your company. Congratulations on developing and supporting this level of customer service.
