The new XT6.75 engine incorporates an improved lightweight design, which delivers greater maneuverability, a larger muffler, which yields a 2.5 to 3.0 dBA reduction in noise. Both enhancements will be available on the new XT6.75 as well as the XT6.5 beginning in early spring 2012.
Kohler Engines, along with Italy-based Lombardini, a KOHLER Company, unveils two new Tier 4 Final emission-compliant, heavy-duty diesel engines for the industrial, constructions and agricultural markets. The KOHLER® 1.9 Liter KDI1903TCR and the 2.5 Liter KDI2504TCR engines offer optimized fuel consumption, limited emissions, and remarkable performance without the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF).
